COVID-19 Updated Policies and Processes
We have created this page to update you on our current COVID-19 changes in policies and processes.
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday / 10am - 6pm
Customer Service: Due to an increase in orders and emails, we ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Shipping Times: We have experienced some orders taking longer than usual due to shipping carriers being overwhelmed with online orders. A little more patience than normal will be required at times with this.
Fulfillment: Please allow up to 72 hours for fulfillment unless the item is on backorder in which case the estimated ship date will be located on the product page.
Pre-shipment Status: If you receive your shipping notification email and it says pre-shipment, please know this is the first part of the fulfillment process. We are receiving a surge in online orders and ask that you allow your order to sit in pre-shipment for up to 72 hours. If it extends beyond that, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will look into it asap.
