Pheromone Oils & Scent Experience
Scent is highly personal and can smell different out of the bottle, on different individuals, or even on the same person from day to day. Our pheromone oils are intentionally designed to blend with your unique body chemistry, creating a personalized scent experience that may feel subtle to the wearer.
Because scent perception is subjective and influenced by factors such as genetics, environment, hormones, and individual olfactory sensitivity, experiences with our pheromone oils can vary significantly from person to person. Some customers find the scent immediately noticeable, while others experience it more subtly or primarily through the compliments and reactions they receive from those around them.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on personal scent perception, including concerns that a product is scentless, smells different than expected, or is not perceived in the same way over time. Every product undergoes multiple manufacturing and quality-control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy to the intended formula.
We encourage customers to consider the unique nature of pheromone-based fragrances before making a purchase.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
For first-time customers, we highly recommend starting with our Sample Kit, which includes all of our signature scents and comes with a $10 credit toward a future full-size purchase.
Domestic exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please note:
- Sample Kits are not eligible for exchange.
- Sample Kit + Gift Card purchases are not eligible for exchange.
- International exchanges are not available.
