Shipping policy

Fulfillment

Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday. Standard order processing time is 1–2 business days, but is not guaranteed.

During high-volume periods, including holidays and promotional sales, processing times can be much longer.

Orders placed with a designated “ship by” date will be processed and fulfilled within the same 1–2 business day window, beginning on the specified ship-by date.

You will receive email notifications throughout the fulfillment process, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping label creation

  • In-transit updates

  • Out-for-delivery notice

  • Delivery confirmation

If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

 


 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate them in advance.

All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery through the shipping carrier. If an international shipment is returned to us due to unpaid duties or fees, the order will be subject to:

  • A 50% restocking fee, and

  • Deduction of both the original and return shipping costs

Please note that customs processing timelines vary by country, and we are not responsible for delays once a package enters the destination country’s customs system.
