Order Processing

Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday. Standard processing time is typically 1–2 business days; however, processing times are not guaranteed.

During high-volume periods, including holidays, promotional events, product launches, and Fresh Batch alerts, processing times may be extended.

You will receive email notifications throughout the fulfillment and shipping process, including:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Shipping Label Created
  • In-Transit Updates
  • Out for Delivery Notification
  • Delivery Confirmation

If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges determined by the destination country. These fees are not included at checkout, and unfortunately, we are unable to estimate them in advance.

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or refusal of delivery, the order will be subject to:

  • A 50% restocking fee
  • Deduction of the original shipping cost
  • Deduction of any return shipping charges incurred

Please note that customs processing times vary by country. Once a package enters the destination country's customs system, we are unable to control or expedite the process and are not responsible for any resulting delays.
